Mrs. Owens will return as our 4-year old program teacher. Her class will be moved from
the First Covenant Church back to the regular classroom. We have two
half-day classes; AM (9:00 am-12:00 pm) and PM (1:00-3:30 pm).
Ms. Remackel is our full-time Teaching
Assistant. Mr. Lee comes in part-time to help with the ELL
students as well. We can be reached by calling 651.774.0344 and ask for our Early Kindergarten class.
Literacy Skills in Early Kindergarten
These "Big Five" literacy skills are taught to the children as they engage in the established routines; teacher directed lessons, specialist classes, center work, and independent choice time, all of which are integrated into the daily experience of school.

Reminders:
School Supply. Please review the supply list on our school's homepage.
Illness. If your child is running a fever, vomiting, has diarrhea, a serious sore throat or has a bad cough, please do not send them to school until they are feeling better. Other students could be exposed to the same illness. Reinforce at home the importance of hand washing and covering coughs. A note or call to teacher about any absence is expected.
